Custom residential construction has always been a part of my life. I was raised in a family run construction business that operated for over 50 years in Illinois, Florida and North Carolina (Bill Benhart, INC). It developed my enjoyment of all facets of real estate.
I moved to Haywood County in 2000 when I got my NC General Contractor's license in 2001 and joined the family business as an official partner. I currently live with my wife and children in a neighborhood developed and built by the family business. The quality of our work endures as do the relationships we built with our clients. Our company built its foundation on honesty, communication and expectation management with the ultimate goal of matching our clients to their homes.
Being a licensed contractor and a licensed real estate broker gives me the unique ability to see a property or home from all angles that serves both sellers and buyers.
