I was amazed how Jason drove me to a house 50 minutes away from his office which I loved at 1st sight but I wasn’t ready. When I was ready to buy, he aggressively tried to find a house with my requirements (mountain views and water source) during low inventory months of January-March 2024. Finally an amazing house came on the market and we went the next morning. Without hesitation, he helped me secure my dream mountain home in April 2024. I met Jason in 2020 at his office during a motorcycle event in Maggie Valley. My wife and I had decided to buy our 2nd home there. We told Jason what we were looking for and the search began. Working with Jason and his team made the process simple. For over a year Jason sent videos to us. Jason set aside a full week and we came back to Maggie and looked at homes. He brought us into a neighbor hood that my wife loved and Jason introduced us to a builder on the mountain. He helped us find the perfect piece of land and we had our dream home built. During the build Jason weekly sent us pis of the home being built. The house came out perfect and we have a great friendship to this day.
